(1) At the Management Committee Meeting on 20 April 2021 that the Pilot Scheme would also cover eligible Explosive Trace Detection (ETD) equipment already purchased or ordered on or before 30 June 2021 even if it has not yet completed the Regulated Air Cargo Screening Facilities (FACSFs) registration with the Civil Aviation Department. (2) To further promote the Pilot Scheme and offer potential applicants with useful tips on application and project monitoring.
