The Chamber's Women Executives Club (WEC) and the Women in Logistics and Transport Hong Kong (WiLATHK) jointly organize and present the newly launched "Women on the Move" Series, a celebration of those driving change. Join us for engaging conversations, inspiring stories and spotlights on the talents powering our city’s mobility and supply chains. This initiative aims to open doors to opportunity – encouraging women to step into new roles, explore fresh opportunities and shape the future of transport and logistics in Hong Kong.

Cheris Lee, Chief of Operating & Metro Segment,
MTR Corporation
Cheris has been the Chief of Operating &
Metro Segment at MTR Corporation since January 2023, overseeing the
transport service business of the Metro segment of the MTR network, as
well as MTR bus routes. She started her career in MTR in 1994 and has
served in both Hong Kong and Shenzhen railway networks. She has gained
extensive experience in station and train crew depot management, as well
as railway planning, safety, traffic and asset management.
Previously, she led the Corporate Transformation
Management Office, served as Chief of High-Speed Rail, and managed major
projects including merger planning and the implementation of two major
railways.
Cheris is active in industry advancement, serving as
the Chairperson of the MTR Metro Recreation Club, Women in Logistics and
Transport Hong Kong, and the MTR Gender Equity Network. She serves as a
Board Member of MTR Shenzhen L4, a Council Member of MTR Academy and the
Fellow Member of Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Hong
Kong, as well as a Committee Member of the Operations Platform and
the Vice Chairman of the Safety Core Group at the International
Association of Public Transport (UITP).

Ir Winson Tse, General Manager -Infrastructure
Maintenance, MTR Corporation
Winson oversees asset management, maintenance, renewal
and railway protection for MTR Corporation. A chartered civil engineer in
both Hong Kong and the United Kingdom, he is also the Chairman and a
Fellow of the China Hong Kong Railway Institution and a Fellow of the
Permanent Way Institution.
Since joining MTR in 2000, he has built expertise in
railway design, construction and operations. He authored MTR’s Global
Operations Standards Code of Practice for “Wheel-Rail Interface
Management” and led the historic 28-hour service closure for massive
maintenance project at Yau Ma Tei Station in July 2024. Known for driving
innovation, he has developed asset monitoring technologies, earning a
Gold Medal at the International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva, and
holds a Hong Kong patent.

Candice Poon, Senior Infrastructure System
Assurance Manager, MTR Corporation
Candice has been a Senior Infrastructure System
Assurance Manager at MTR Corporation since November 2023, overseeing
permanent way maintenance across all MTR lines and liaising with the
Railway Branch of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department.
Since joining MTR in 2006, she has built expertise in
permanent way engineering maintenance, railway safety, and asset
management. Her work spans inspections, recovery and emergency handling,
governance and long-term upgrades, including a key role in the Asset
Management System Development Project.
Candice is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Hong
Kong Institution of Engineers.

Tiffany Der, Train Captain, MTR Corporation
Tiffany has been working as a Train Captain on the MTR
Tuen Ma Line since June 2024. She is responsible for operating passenger
trains to provide safe, reliable and efficient railway service to
passengers, keeping Hong Kong moving.
While operating the trains, Tiffany works closely with
various teams to ensure seamless journeys for passengers. She maintains
timely communication with the Operations Control Centre on updates on the
train’s operations and collaborates with staff at stations to deliver
high-quality customer service.
