The metro system in Hong Kong plays a key role in maintaining the interconnectedness of urban life, from commerce to social interactions. MTR has implemented a proven reliability improvement framework that ensures train services operate at a high level of reliability through annual target setting. The consistent growth in reliability over the years demonstrates the effectiveness of this approach. In this seminar, the reliability improvement framework adopted by MTR will be introduced.__________________________________________________________________________________ | Mr. CS Li | Former Maintenance Support Engineer | MTR Corporation Limited Mr. Li had worked for rolling stock maintenance for 22 years. Before his retirement, Mr. Li took charge of maintenance supports for rolling stock, including depot plant equipment, design work Instructions for the maintenance activities, and technical investigation and evaluation on the safety, reliability, and performance of the systems. Mr. Li participated in consultancy services, including projects for SBS Transit (Singapore), Kaohsiung Rapid Transit Corp. (Taiwan), and delivered training on Rolling Stock maintenance strategy to various companies such as Rotem BJMTR, Tianjin Metro and Metro Rio.
