About the Awards (Logistics / Transport) 

Submission Requirement: 

Interested parties are required to submit a complete entry form together with a one-page executive summary and a submission paper in English with no more than 4,000 words (font size at least 12 points Times New Roman or equivalent), including charts, tables, diagrams, photos and other illustrations (approximately not more than 30 pages) 

Assessment Criteria: 

• Customer satisfaction (internal user buy-in or public acceptance)
• Significance in business operations, benefits and impact 
• Innovation, creativity and uniqueness in applications 
• System continuity and upgradability (scalable and sustainable), functionality and integrability 

Each company/organisation can submit a maximum of one entry per stream (Logistics or Transport). If submitting entries for both streams, please use separate forms. 

Award Presentation and Use of CILT Award Logo: 

The Awards will be presented at the CILTHK Gala Dinner 2025 in November. In addition, the winners will be granted the right to use the CILT Award Logo of the year to strength their reputation and corporate image for their quality service provided to the community.
