"Enduring Membership Award" was launched in August 2021 to acknowledge and recognise the support and dedication of individual members who have held a continuous membership with the Institute for 40 years and above. To leverage on the success of the Award, a series of webinar entitled "Enduring Leaders Experience Sharing 2022" will be arranged in the month of July to September 2022. 5 enduring leaders will be invited to share their experience and wisdom with CILTHK members and friends on the topic related to logistics and/or transport industry.

Dr. Dorothy Chan, FCILT and Hon. Fellow has extensive experience in urban transport management and regulation. Dr. Chan will share her insights on the latest challenges faced by Hong Kong in maintaining urban mobility and draw on overseas experience to highlight the inadequacies and future options. The pandemic has deepened our concern on public transportation and whether new travel pattern would emerge with increasing acceptance on virtual meetings and working from home.
Traditionally, public transport modes play their roles based whether they are mass carriers or a form of supplementary transport services. The advance of technology will change this perception with passengers' wish determining their optimal choice of routes and services. Is Hong Kong behind or ahead of other world cities in exploring solution and showing a clear journey for the future.
