Under the umbrella of "Quality 4.0," modern operations leverage advanced technologies including IoT, AI, MR, etc. to optimize processes, minimize human error, and secure real-time operational visibility across the entire value chain. __________________________________________________________________________________ | Mr. Alan Choi | Former Senior Operations and Occupational Safety Manager | MTR Corporation Limited Mr. Choi is a former Senior Operations and Occupational Safety Manager in MTR Corporation Ltd., with more than 20 years of experience in safety & quality management in railway and air express industry. He is responsible for a wide range of services including development & implementation support on safety & quality management systems; implementation of quality control and assessments; conducting safety & quality inspection and audits to identify improvements in management systems; and organization of integrated management system training. Mr. Choi is a Chartered Engineer by Engineering Council (UK) and a Registered Safety Officer by Hong Kong Labour Department. He holds a Research Master’s Degree (MPhil) specializing in Safety & Ergonomics from the University of Hong Kong. He also possesses a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Hong Kong and Bachelor of Law from the University of London.
