Mr. Benny Ng received his BEng degree in Electronic Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from The University of Hong Kong. He specialises in the design and implementation of various innovation, communication and computer control systems, and also involves in numerous intelligent safety and technology exploration projects. Currently he holds the title of Chief Digital Development Manager (Smart Operating), leading the team to drive the digital transformation, develop the digitalization strategies and initiatives and lead the change management for railway operations team. 

Ms. Anise Poon holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Social Analysis from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She currently serves as Digital Development Officer (Smart Operating) at MTR. In this position, she identifies and implements digital initiatives that enhance railway operational efficiency. She drives operational excellence and safety through data-driven solutions while fostering an innovation mindset among frontline staff. She has built expertise in digital transformation, with a focus on coordinating innovative digitalization projects and intelligent operating systems.
