Northern Metropolis Development Strategy is the first strategic action agenda devised by the HKSAR Government going beyond the administrative boundary of Hong Kong and Shenzhen. The Strategy helps to foster Hong Kong's integration into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. To strengthen the cross-boundary transport infrastructure, the seamless and convenient cross-boundary transport network will be developed in the future. The transportation planning proposed in the Strategy, especially the new railway links, will be highlighted in this technical webinar.
