Mr. Roger CHAN | Ocean Freight Fulfilment Management | Flexport Asia Limited


Roger has over 30 years solid experience in operational management in logistics MNC. In his previous studies, Roger has proven the relationship between knowledge management and creativities proven experience in re-engineering of operations in Hong Kong and South China sizeable logistics companies.  

Roger has 10 years teaching experience in YMCA COC, CityU (Coventry U), VTC (RMIT, SU), HKU SPACE (CC) and MTRA. He completed the MBA in University of Leicester in 2012. Roger became Chartered Member of CILTHK since 2011.

Experience is one of the key success factors for any industry and lead to the continuous improvement and increment of competitive advantages. Tacit knowledge can be created and disseminated among all levels of workplace. Both experience and tacit knowledge can be created and shared with more effective and efficient ways. This is always a challenge for an enterprise on how to utilise this treasure internally. Knowledge management is one of the most effective tools to achieve this goal.
