Coordination among Station, Train and Operations Control Centre Ms. Jennifer LUI | Former Assistant Training Manager | MTR Corporation Ltd.
Ms. Lui was the former Assistant Training Manager in MTR Corporation Ltd., with more than 20 years of railway operations experience and 10 years of training experience in station operations from station equipment, station management to railway safety.
She holds the Bachelor of Business (Management) specializing in Logistics & Supply Chain Management of Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University.
The coordination among Station, Train, and Operations Control Centre during incident handling is important for incident responses. However, incidents will always occur even though technology can help the railway become safe, reliable and comfortable.
Some incidents will be trivial, while some will be serious. However, all incidents have to be managed professionally and effectively to minimize the impact and offer rapid recovery of railway operations. There are some incidents from daily and different situations for sharing in the seminar.
